We offer you the fabrication services for ICs and MEMS for prototyping and low volume production. Circuits are fabricated for Universities, Research Laboratories and Industrial Companies. Advanced industrial technologies are available in CMOS, BiCMOS, SIGE BiCMOS, SOI/SOS CMOS, P-HEMT E/D GaAs, etc. IMS distributes and supports several CAD software tools for both Industrial Companies and Universities. Since 2005 more than 10 circuits for Research, Education and Industry have been fabricated.
We provide industrial training on ASIC Design and TCAD Design (Process and Device Simulation of Semiconductor devices).

SILVACO SPICE Modeling Services
SILVACO is an established leader in providing affordable and high quality SPICE modeling service with fast turnaround time. SILVACO provides SPICE modeling services for the semiconductor industry. We offer an experienced staff of engineers and state-of-the-art laboratory. Our services are affordable, and designed to provide the accuracy and rapid turn around time required by our customers.
SILVACO's modeling services are ideally suited to either compliment in-house SPICE modeling capabilities when time is critical, or to provide complete SPICE modeling services for occasional needs. We support CMOS, Bipolar, Diode, JFET, GaAs SOI, TFT and HBT technologies, as well as technologies requiring the use of macro modeling.
Modeling service is performed by using UTMOST III and UTMOST IV modeling software: Automated data acquisition, SPICE model parameter extraction, Model validation and Model generation. First released in 1984, UTMOST III today is the established industry standard for SPICE parameter extraction. UTMOST IV is a new state-of-the-art optimization and SPICE modeling software.

We are the exclusive representative of CMP, France in India for Education, Commercial and R&D Labs.

Since 1981 more than 4200 circuits for Research, Education and Industry have been fabricated. 410 academies centre and 140 industrial companies from 60 countries have been served.
EUROPRACTICE IC Service
The EUROPRACTICE IC Service brings ASIC design and manufacturing capability within the technical and financial reach of any company that wishes to use ASICs. The EUROPRACTICE IC Service, offered by IMEC and Fraunhofer, offers low-cost ASIC prototyping and ASIC small volume production ramp-up to high volume production through Multi Project Wafer - MPW - and dedicated wafer runs.

MEMSCAP Servies
MEMSCAP, the MEMS leader, provides innovative products and solutions based on micro-electromechanical systems, or MEMS.
